Accessibility Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website ratimor.eu.

Compliance Status

The website ratimor.eu is partially compliant with the Slovenian Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act. The content has been prepared in accordance with the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

To meet accessibility requirements, the following adjustments have been implemented:

  • pages have an appropriate structure using headings (H1–H6) and landmarks,
  • content can be zoomed up to 200% or 400% without loss of information (CTRL+ to zoom in, CTRL- to zoom out),
  • pages are responsive and adapt to different screen resolutions,
  • the website can be navigated using the keyboard and Tab key, with a clear and predictable sequence of elements,
  • keyboard focus is visible on all pages and can be further enhanced using the accessibility icon,
  • appropriate colour contrast between text and background is provided,
  • the website operates in a predictable manner,
  • images can be provided with alternative text,
  • texts are clear, easy to understand and structured using headings, paragraphs and lists,
  • links are appropriately labelled and provided with descriptions for screen readers,
  • a breadcrumb navigation indicator showing the user's current location within the website has been implemented.

The reasons for partial rather than full accessibility are listed below; however, they do not significantly affect the user experience.

Inaccessible Content

Despite our efforts, we cannot fully ensure compliance with accessibility standards and applicable accessibility legislation due to:

  • the inaccessibility of certain PDF files and other documents,
  • limited control over content provided by external providers (e.g. iframe modules and plugins),
  • certain images and documents without alternative text.

Due to the technical complexity of certain solutions and frequent updates, some accessibility improvements are being introduced gradually. Where implementation is currently technically unfeasible or would impose a disproportionate burden, the necessary adjustments will be made as part of future major upgrades.

We regularly monitor and improve the accessibility of the website. All content administrators have been trained to prepare accessible content. However, we recognise that errors may still occur when content is published.

If you encounter inaccessible content or experience difficulties using the website, please let us know.
