Unichem d.o.o. does not transfer collected personal data to third parties or third countries. The only exception is when the Mailchimp online platform is used to send email newsletters. In this case, the personal data required for sending such newsletters is stored on the platform (first name, surname, email address, company name and country/location, if available). Unichem d.o.o. collects and processes personal data on the basis of the individual's consent or on the basis of a concluded service agreement.
Processing Based on Consent
Unichem d.o.o. collects and processes individuals' personal data for the purposes of sending email newsletters, information about business opportunities and invitations to events. These communications are sent exclusively by email.

Personal Data Retention Period
Personal data obtained on the basis of consent may be processed and retained for as long as the purpose for which it was collected exists or until the individual withdraws their consent.
Personal data processed on the basis of a contract may be processed and retained for a further five years following the fulfilment of the contractual obligations of both parties. Invoices are retained for ten years following the end of the year to which the invoice relates, in accordance with the legislation governing value added tax.
